Return/Exchange Policy

If your purchase doesn't fit as you hoped it would we'll be happy to exchange it for a different size.  Just contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and return your item to the address below:

Include a note letting us know what size you need and where to send it, as well as your order number.  Return and exchange shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

How do your shirts fit?

We use premium quality USA made American Apparel shirts. These are a modern slim fit, so if you prefer a more relaxed fit, please order a size up.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! Please enter your entire international address in English characters, and don't forget your postal code!

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee shipping times for international orders, and certain countries/regions can take a very long time to receive shipments due to slow and unreliable local carriers.  Estimated shipping dates are estimations and do not provide a guarantee of arrival date. If your order has not arrived 3 weeks after the estimated shipping arrival window, please let us know.

 

Where is my package? The tracking information isn't updated.

We see the same tracking information you see. Many international carriers do not provide tracking information, so if the tracking information was last in the U.S. and hasn't been updated, your package is probably still making its way overseas.

I paid for shipping on my order, but when the package arrived, I had to pay to receive it. 

Our shipping does not include import or customs taxes, which are often required for international orders. We unfortunately have no control over them, so be prepared for the possibility of paying additional taxes upon receipt of your package.

How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date in order to be eligible to receive a replacement item.
